1.Super high quality mirror polishing (also known as curved polishing)

To put it simply, the super high quality mirror polish has more flat polishing and bending polishing processes than the normal mirror polishing, and the polishing is more delicate than the normal mirror polishing. The main materials are cotton cloth, pure cotton cloth, linen cloth, flannel cloth, nylon flannel, and fine felt. The cloth wheel has a single layer of 400 outer diameter and 350 inner diameter, and also has multiple layers of small outer diameter. The word means to use cloth to make a wheel for polishing.

The appearance effect of the super high quality mirror polishing: 360-degree light without blind spots, you can see the clear mirror effect, no vertical lines or pitting; the spoon mouth is smooth, and the fork seam has been finely processed and is very smooth.

2.Normal mirror polishing

The normal mirror polish is more flat and bent than the hand polishing, and the polishing is more delicate than the hand polishing.

The main difference between super high quality and normal mirror polishing is the difference in price and cost, which is determined by the number of polishing processes. The appearance of normal mirror polishing: both the front and back sides can achieve a mirror effect, but there are slight vertical lines; the side has no mirror effect, but is matte; although the rim of the bowl of spoon has been processed, it is not as smooth as the super high quality mirror polishing.

3.Hand polishing

Hand polishing mainly uses pure hemp fiber raw materials for grinding and polishing, the front and back sides still have mirror effect, but the brightness is darker, and the vertical lines and pitting are denser than those of mirror polishing; the side has matte effect

4.Tumble polishing

The surface of an object is polished using a water flow containing steel balls and drugs. The surface is not 100% smooth and is rougher than other polishing processes. The front and back surfaces are very blurry, with many pitting and scratches, and the sides feel rough.
